An advanced, multi-stage printing process reproduces the artwork’s vivid palette, energetic brushwork, and striking color contrasts directly onto a durable stainless-steel cap. As an individually numbered release, each pen offers a unique identity that captures the fearless creativity of modern art history.

Engineering excellence defines the pen’s structure, featuring an innovative clear barrel and integrated grip section crafted as one seamless component. This transparent construction provides exceptional durability, natural ergonomic balance, and a clear view of the generous 2 ml polycarbonate ink reservoir. A coordinating lacquered aluminum blind cap protects Monteverde’s proprietary Lock-It piston mechanism to prevent accidental adjustment during transit. Equipped with a premium German-made #6 JoWo stainless-steel nib and a plasma-treated feed for consistent, smooth ink flow. Each pen is proudly assembled at Monteverde headquarters in California to deliver an uncompromised writing experience.

The MP1 offers six nib sizes: Extra Fine, Fine, Medium, Broad, Stub, or Omniflex. Its plasma-treated feed ensures smooth and consistent ink flow, preventing skips or blots.
