If you are reading this you must be having a problem with your pen. We want to help make sure you are completely happy with your purchase, so please read these instructions on how to resolve your issue through the manufacturer.

Retro 1951 offers a Limited One-Year Warranty on all Retro51 writing instruments to the original consumer for a period of one year from the date of purchase with the purchased unit free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Please note that this warranty is void if the pen has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship. It's important not to return the product to the retailer from whom it was purchased. Retro51 will handle warranty claims directly.
